Our Story

MYCOTEK was born from an overflowing passion for fine ingredients. We cultivate and distribute the finest edible mushroom varieties from our facility in Tolleshunt Major, Essex. Every harvest is carefully handled to preserve flavour, texture, and freshness. We supply local restaurants, cafés, farm shops, and greengrocers across Essex and East Anglia, with distribution every Wednesday and Thursday morning. Our expanding portfolio includes Lion’s Mane, King Blue Oyster, King Trumpets, and Oyster Medleys. We also offer MYCOTEK Grow-Kits so you can cultivate gourmet mushrooms at home.
